These terms apply when you use the website of Tri-State Water Solutions LLC (“Tri-State,” “we,” “us”), request a quote, or buy a water treatment system from us. Your signed quote and installation agreement also apply to your purchase; if they conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Our services

We sell whole-home water treatment systems and arrange their installation by licensed, insured independent plumbers in the areas we serve. Our standard systems are designed for municipal (city) water. Well water may need testing before we can confirm a system and price.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on our website and in quotes are for the equipment and standard installation described. A quote is accepted when you sign it. If your home needs work beyond a standard installation, we will tell you the price before doing it. Offers marked as limited-time apply only during the stated period.

Payment

Payment is due after your installation is complete, using the secure payment link we send you. You can pay by bank account or debit card at no extra charge. Credit card payments include a 2% card fee, which is shown before you confirm payment. Financing, if offered, is provided by a third-party lender under its own terms.

Scheduling and access

We schedule your installation with you by text, phone or email. Please make sure an adult is home, and that the installer can reach the water line and has a place to install the equipment.

Warranty

Equipment warranties and our installation warranty are described in your installation agreement.

Text message program

Program: Tri-State Water Solutions customer messages. When you opt in, we text you about your quote, installation, payment and maintenance reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Website use

Water quality information on this website is general information based on public utility reports, not a test of your home's water. Do not misuse the website or submit false information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tri-State is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where your home is located.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the services are performed.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
