Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

We want you to feel confident booking with us. This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule and how refunds work.

No payment until installation

You do not pay anything when you sign your quote. Payment is due only after your system is installed.

Cancelling before installation

You can cancel at any time before your installation starts, at no charge. Reply to our text, call or email us. Because you have not paid anything yet, there is nothing to refund.

Rescheduling

Need a different day? Contact us as early as you can and we will find a new time.

After installation

If something is wrong with your system or the installation, contact us and we will send someone to fix it under the warranty in your installation agreement. Refunds after installation are reviewed case by case, and any refund is issued to the original payment method.

Free reverse osmosis offer

When a free reverse osmosis system is included as a promotion, it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.

Card payments

If you paid by credit card and receive a refund, the 2% card fee is refunded along with the amount refunded.
